Mechanism of action
PDRN skin rejuvenation therapy, aimed at skin rejuvenation, is based on the mechanism of action of the PDRN polynucleotide, combined with the mild exfoliating effect of lactic acid and selected non-injectable mesotherapy, using a specific protocol.
PDRN acts through biological and mechanical pathways in a multi-faceted mechanism:
1. It binds to receptors on epidermal cells and fibroblasts, promotes cell proliferation and the production of collagen and elastin, reduces inflammation and oxidative stress, and ensures smooth and complete cell regeneration.
2. As a source of free nucleotides, it contributes significantly to the ‘self-repair’ mechanism of skin DNA.
3. Due to its polymeric organic structure, it forms a film on the skin’s surface, providing an immediate firming effect and a ‘lifting’ sensation.
PDRN skin rejuvenation therapy
Skin rejuvenation treatment with PDRN (PolyDeoxyRibonucleotide) to prevent the accumulation of damage in macromolecules, cells and skin tissues, and to strengthen and improve fundamental vital functions and physiology. This professional cosmetic treatment rejuvenates the skin and enhances its elasticity, hydration, texture and pigmentation, leveraging the regenerative and reparative properties of PDRN. PDRN (sodium DNA) is a polymer composed of DNA fragments from recycled marine sources with a molecular weight between 250 and 500 kDa and high purity and safety. Its binding mechanism to epidermal cell receptors (TLR-9) and fibroblasts (A2A) promotes cell proliferation and the production of collagen and elastin, stimulates the release of growth factors, reduces inflammation and oxidative stress, and promotes smooth and complete cell regeneration. At the same time, as a source of free nucleotides, it strengthens the DNA’s self-repair mechanism.
