right of withdrawal
In principle there is no right of return in Switzerland. Certain contracts can be revoked under clearly defined conditions with a maximum period of 14 days. We will tell you in which cases this is permissible.
A right of withdrawal only exists if these requirements are ALL met:
1. The contract must have been concluded in one of these places: at home or in other living spaces, at work, on the telephone, on the street or in public places, on public transport or at a promotional event (note: does not apply to trade fairs)
Note: There is no right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the Internet or in a shop. Contracts concluded at trade fairs are also expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal.
2. The contract must concern: a movable property or a service.
3. However, ask. Depending on the case, we can be accommodating and other customers will be happy to ccept your product. To do this, the product must be untouched and still in our stores. After our OK, we will refund a fee of 20% of the sales price, but at least CHF 20, after receipt.
4. Complaints about defects will be replaced or refunded postage free, by return of post.
