Here is the answer from Prof.Dr. Markus Depfenhart, the developer of DELTA: The concentration in DELTA Retinol TWO is 0.3%. According to EU standards, the maximum amount for a ‘non-peeling’ product. However, the encapsulation technology used makes the product stronger and effective over several days. This makes the product maximally effective with daily use.
