Gold Roll-CIT 2.5mm surgical needling (class I) This instrument was created according to the specifications of Dr Des Fernandes. It is made of steel with 24-carat gold plating. The needles have a diameter of 0.3 mm and are 1 mm long. Made from nickel-free surgical grade 316 steel.Although the instruments are delivered gamma-sterilised, peroxide disinfection or autoclave disinfection is recommended.
