Daniel Staeger is the founder and CEO of Gourmet Navigator AG and, as general agent, represents important international cosmetics brands such as Environ Skin Care, Healing Earth, Bel Col, Jane Iredale, Caregen and Juliette Armand. His interest in the beauty industry was sparked when he met Karin Berner, Environ's former importer, and was impressed by the excellent condition of her skin. This encounter, coupled with his desire for a career change from his previous work as a management consultant, motivated him to orient himself professionally in this direction. Staeger is particularly fascinated by the fact that people are the focus of his work, that sustainable treatment recommendations create long-term customer relationships and that new products can constantly be discovered that are developed by innovative minds. He draws new energy from the gratitude of his customers and the entry of his son into the company, representing the third generation. Alain Staeger is currently studying economics at the ZHAW.

Daniel Staeger is a speaker on microneedling applications and results, primarily in connection with scar reduction but also for anti-aging.
