Terms and Conditions

We sell cosmetic products on this website as a general importer. For over 30 years, we have been an importer and representative for cosmetic brands from the USA, South Africa, Brazil, South Korea, Greece and Italy. All are family-owned businesses with their own research and production facilities.

We supply doctors, beauticians, skin specialists and their patients. Direct customers are also very welcome. The recommended retail prices on the website are always valid and the goods are in stock. Deviations from the printed catalogue are possible.

These are our terms and conditions:

Shipping: For orders of CHF 50 or more, you are entitled to free shipping. IWithin Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, we charge a fee for orders under CHF 50n Shipping costs of CHF 10.50.

All orders over CHF 300 are automatically shipped via registered mail within CH/LI. For orders below this threshold, we gladly ship via registered mail upon request—e.g., if your letterbox is often unattended—at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Worldwide we will dispatch the goods for an additional charge. Depending on the location and value, we charge different fees; please request a quote.

Into the EU We ship via FEDEX for a flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 30/EUR 32. Local customs and VAT costs are borne by the recipient.

All shop orders for items in stock are dispatched by post on the same or the following working day. If prepayment has been requested, dispatch will take place once payment has been received. All our parcels can be tracked via EasyTrack after the dispatch date. Online orders must be placed BEFORE 13:30.

"Delivered" means that the carrier has taken over the parcel and will deliver it to you within a maximum of 48 hours. Unfortunately, theft from letterboxes is not uncommon, so please choose the FREE registered mail option.

Right of withdrawal: All purchases can before dispatch can be cancelled free of charge. The only exception to this are binding pre-orders. In the case of pre-orders, the goods are imported directly from the manufacturer for the customer. We only sell goods from exclusive distributors.

Sent in error? Occasionally, an item may have been packed incorrectly. In this case, we will send you a free return label.

Complaints and notices of defects may be returned within the statutory period of 4 working days following receipt of the goods. Goods delivered in accordance with the terms of delivery will not be accepted for return. In approved exceptional cases, we will accept undamaged goods for return subject to a 20% fee and a credit note.

Damaged packaging can be claimed from us at any time with photographic evidence. It is essential to ensure that the batch/serial number, expiry date and product name are clearly visible. This information enables us to investigate manufacturing defects. Naturally, goods subject to a complaint will be replaced or refunded without any further legal claims being accepted.

GUARANTEE: We guarantee the quality and full effectiveness of all products for up to 2 months after the printed date. In case of doubt or if the date is illegible, we can determine the manufacture date from the batch number via the manufacturer. We provide a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on machines and instruments. We do not generally guarantee products from the manufacturers we represent, but only products sold by us or our partners in Switzerland.
