Even genetically determined hair loss can be minimised. Furthermore, natural hair looks more vibrant than no hair or white hair. Our tips for combating premature hair loss:
- Don’t wear a cap all the time ! Poor circulation and heavy sweating promote follicle inflammation.
- Gently massage your scalp with a tincture. Suitable are alcohol-free, cloudy beers (really!) as well as pure olive oil
- Hair loss often starts with the wrong hair care.
- NEVER wash your hair with shower gel. Showering with shampoo is fine, but not the other way round. (Unfortunately, 50% of all people wash their hair with shower gel)
- Don’t wash your hair every day, every other day is enough. It depends, of course, on your job. Smokers should wash their hair daily. Nicotine promotes hair loss.

Healthy follicles last longer!
Your hair goes through three phases during the normal function of a follicle: the growth phase, the transitional phase and the resting phase. Outside the scalp, the hair is completely passive, i.e. you can only care for the existing hair in terms of suppleness, e.g. with oil treatments or mild shampoos without colourings and perfume substances.
The root of the hair loss problem lies beneath the surface in the follicle. This should be well nourished and ventilated. Inflammation of the follicle leads in many cases to the premature cessation of the growth function. By the way, cutting hair does NOT help with better growth, at most the scalp can be cared for more directly, but it is also more unprotected.
